Classic Plus Posh Saver Membership T&C 25/02/26
1. Classic Plus Posh Saver Membership is strictly by invitation only, and is only valid until 30 April 2026.
2. Classic Plus Posh Saver Membership is complimentary (original value GBP 1,000), and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. The maximum total eligible spending under this Membership is GBP 12,500 and the maximum total credit that can be earned and redeemed is GBP 2,500. Once either limit is reached, no further benefits will apply.
4. Invoices must be submitted via WhatsApp to the designated number (+44 7939 999882) during the period of your membership eligibility. Your earned credit will be calculated and transferred to your Posh Saver wallet by the 15th of the following month.
5. Wallet credit may be redeemed globally across eligible categories, including but not limited to: 20% credit redemption for refundable hotels; 10% credit redemption for retail gift cards; 5% credit redemption for flights.
6. Hotel prices are based on the lowest standard price found on Booking.com and Expedia. Any hotel must be found on both Booking and Expedia to be eligible.
7. Retail Gift Cards are available across thousands of brands worldwide including brands Harrods, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Marks & Spencer, Primark, and others. They are also valid at major shopping malls such as Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Westfield, and others. (Brand availability may vary by country)
8. Flight prices are based on the pricing stated on the official website of each airline. Members will still earn and retain all airline miles and loyalty points.
9. All wallet credit requires a minimum of 30 days’ notice to redeem and must be processed via the GTO Team in accordance with the GTO T&Cs, available at: https://gtomembers.com/terms-conditions
10. Posh Saver wallet credit cannot be redeemed in conjunction with GTO standard membership discounts, promotional discounts or credit types.
11. All submitted invoices must be paid exclusively via MasterCard.
12. Credit earnings are exclusively available to active members who have registered by invitation and completed the applicable tier enrolment.
13. Members may use redeemed credit to book for family and friends.
14. Eligible purchases span luxury fashion, high-street retail, dining (from Michelin-star to casual dining), lifestyle and tech, retail and dining gift cards, travel, experiences, supermarkets, and more.
15. Ineligible expenses include alcohol and tobacco. If an invoice includes alcohol or tobacco is submitted, credit will be voided for the entire invoice, including any otherwise eligible items.
16. Wallet credits are non-transferable, unredeemable for cash, non-refundable, and can only be used within eligible categories. They remain available until redeemed or forfeited if membership lapses.
17. Any fraudulent, duplicate, or misleading invoice submissions, item misclassification, or attempts to exceed credit limits may lead to rejection, suspension, or termination of membership.
18. Credit eligibility is determined after we receive your valid invoice submission (via WhatsApp, in photo or PDF format) and confirmation that it meets all our requirements (eligible spend, no excluded items, clear formatting). You may be asked to resubmit or provide additional documentation.
19. If an incorrect amount is credited or a credit needs adjustment, please contact support promptly. We will review and correct any errors in accordance with our credit issuance policy, which may include reversing or topping up credit as appropriate.
20. Posh Saver may reject invoice submissions if: the image or scan is illegible, blurry, or incomplete; the required invoice details (merchant information, spend amount, or date) are missing or obscured; the invoice includes ineligible items such as alcohol, tobacco, gambling, or adult entertainment; the invoice is duplicate or previously submitted.
